Charan was the first in Bedfordshire to introduce eyebrow threading, a service that quickly became a signature treatment. What started as a humble offering in a small room with just one couch grew into a thriving clinic, expanding into other sought-after services like waxing, laser treatments, and our renowned microdermabrasion facials.
Driven by a passion for beauty and a commitment to innovation, Charan stayed ahead of the curve by constantly upgrading her skills and embracing the latest technology. She enrolled in various courses to ensure she was always at the top of her game and able to offer her clients the best possible experience.
Throughout the years, one thing has remained constant: our dedication to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. At Looks, clients are not just customers—they’re part of the family. Charan’s hands-on approach, combined with her attention to detail and focus on client satisfaction, has been the cornerstone of the clinic's success.
As Looks Hair, Beauty & Laser Clinic continued to grow, Charan’s legacy was carried forward by her daughter, Nikkita. With a fresh perspective and the same passion for excellence, she took the reins, building on the strong foundation her mother had established.
Nikkita, Vidal Sassoon trained and with 13 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry, brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business. Her passion for enhancing natural beauty and supporting clients on their individual hair and skin journeys is at the heart of everything she does. Whether it’s through a personalized hair treatment, advanced skin care techniques, or simply offering expert advice, Nikkita is dedicated to helping each client feel their best.
Nikkita works tirelessly to uphold the high standards of care and service that have been a hallmark of Looks for decades.
The transition of the business from mother to daughter was seamless, and the clinic has flourished under Nikkita’s leadership. As part of the Looks family, Looks Dapper offers a complete grooming experience, run by Monish, Charan’s son. A skilled boutique barber with over a decade of experience, Monish has been perfecting men’s grooming since 2012. Whether it’s a classic trim or a contemporary style, Monish provides a personalized service tailored to each client’s needs. His passion for his craft and attention to detail ensure that every client leaves feeling fresh, confident, and looking their best.
